Terms of service
1. PAYMENTS
• For Regular Illustrations/90's Illustrations, I take payments FULL UPFRONT
• For Live2D, I can take half or full payment before I start and the other half after the Sketch.
• Payments will be sent via invoice.
• A 4.7% fee will be added on invoices/ PayPal Fees are shouldered by the buyer.1.1. RUSH ORDERS
• For Regular Illustrations, rush order will take 3-7 days.
• For Live2D, rush order will take 2-4 weeks.
2. Process
• For Live2D, Please send photo references compiled on a google drive folder with detailed descriptions
• You will be updated during the sketch, lineart, colors.
• You'll be given up to 3 revisions (max) Unlimited Revisions during sketch Phase) Any other revisions will require an additional payment.2.1 COMMUNICATION
• You may contact me via Twitter, Email and Discord.
• You can inquire for a commission through Commission Form.
• If there's any question / inquiries that isn't listed, you can DM me via Twitter.
• I am not fast at replying due to timezone difference but you may bump your messages anytime if I didn't reply within 12-24 hours.3. WAITING TIME
• Regular Illustration will take roughly around 1-4 months
• Live2D will take around 2-7 months depends on the queue and which slot you're in.
• Consider that delays might happen and I might not be able to deliver at the said deadline. I will do my best to deliver as early as I can.
• Sketching process takes 1-4 weeks (may take longer) followed by the lineart.
• I am a college student, however I will still try to do my best to finish the commissioned work on the expected ETA. Please be patient.
• Do note that the way I work is usually near the deadline so I'll be working on it continuously for a week or two4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Strictly, no refunds under any circumstances, unless I am unable to complete the project, Change of mind is not a valid reason
• Cancellation of commissions are allowed before sketch or if the payment hasn't been settled yet.5. CONDITIONS
• Please no tampering of my art without asking for my permission
• Please don't use my art for any AI or Diffusion generators
• I have the rights to post WIPs and stream the art unless stated by the client to keep it hidden until they reveal it themselves.

- You may not resell the model for more than what it's originally bought
